Delta Force is announced to come on all major platforms. This includes PC, mobile, and consoles. Mobile includes both the popular operating systems: Android and iOS. Though the game was initially expected to be released in January, it was postponed. The developer decided to do one final closed beta test so that the game is all set.
For those unaware, beta tests are carried out to further polish a game ahead of its actual release. This way, selected players get to enjoy the game for a bit while the developer is updated on the new bugs, glitches, and issues found. The beta testing is a crucial step for any game, and hence Delta Force will be holding one more beta test before its actual launch.
Delta Force Beta Test Rewards
The players who participate in the beta test will be rewarded with exclusive in-game items. The list includes gun skins and vehicle skins (a tank skin, to be specific). Additionally, the stuff you get as well as your entire progress will be carried over to the full release. This means the players who are a part of the beta test will get a head start on their Delta Force career.
How To Be a Part Of Beta Test?
The developer is yet to announce the final date of the beta test. However, it is confirmed to take place sometime in February. Do note that this beta test is global, meaning you do not need a VPN or a Chinese account to play. Just wait for the developer to announce the official date. Make sure to stick around so you are updated with the latest news.
In separate news, we covered that Delta Force minimum requirements for mobile have been reduced. Earlier, it was required to have a mobile device with at least 4GB of RAM. However, the new requirements are less strict allowing players with just 3GB RAM to play the game.
In my personal testing, I found the game quite smooth on my high-end phone. The game runs on 90fps settings on my Snapdragon 8s Gen 3-powered phone. In comparison, the same phone was running PUBG Mobile at 60fps due to a lack of optimization from the developer. Hence, mobile gamers with moderately powerful devices may enjoy Delta Force to the fullest due to the high optimization.
