Delta Force fans, with new updates, can come with new bugs and glitches. However, a new issue has surfaced on the internet where various people have complained of low FPS. Many of the people with this issue have top-tier GPUs such as RTX 3000, RTX 4000 series, etc. So does it have to do with the game or your GPU?
The Main Culprit May Be Your GPU
The people who are complaining about the issue have one thing in common: they have Nvidia GPU. Turns out, there was a new driver update for many Nvidia GPUs. This driver update apparently update adds a resize bar into Delta Force resulting in fluctuation in FPS.
How to solve fluctuating FPS issue in Delta Force?
Since the resize bar is causing this issue, it makes sense to just disable it from BIOS. However, another solution could be a better alternative since disabling the resize bar could result in messing up FPS in other games.
1. Download the Nvidia Profile Inspector
You can download Nvidia Profile Inspector software by Googling it. Otherwise, you may download it directly through Github here.
2. Install and open the Nvidia Profile Inspector
Once downloaded, open the software from the download file location. The Nvidia Profile Inspector may be in a .exe file format.
3. Select Delta Force from the profiles
In the top left corner, select Delta Force from the profiles option.
4. Disable ReBar
Now you have to find the ReBar settings and disable it. The option may be visible as rBar or ReBar.
5. Save and relaunch
After disabling the ReBar, save the changes. You may reboot your PC and start the game to see if the FPS drop issue has been solved or not.
Do note that this is a workaround and by no means an official solution. It may or may not work on your PC. If you have any other solutions, feel free to comment for your fellow gamers.
